Introduction

Vibrating screen equipment has been updating since it came into being, and the scope of application is also growing. In the past, some of wet materials are hard to be screened. But now, Hongxing vibrating screen can screen various types of materials, and even process wet materials by using dry screening method after many years of hard work of Hongxing Mining Machinery Company technical staffs.

The dynamic design of vibrating screen 

The theory model of structure dynamics is the base of vibrating screen dynamic design. For the simple structure of vibrating screen, the theory model can give satisfactory results. For the complex structure such as multi screen, circular vibrating screen, the primary results may have a big deviation, but it can be an important reference for the arrangement of measure point in the follow-up model test. We can also change and revise finite element model of vibrating screen combined experimental modal parameters. So structure finite element analysis is an important step of vibrating screen dynamic design.
