Concentrator Table ore concentration operation is done on a bed stand which equipped with rifle bar. Ore materials are sent onto the machine from feeder on the bed stand. Meanwhile, water feeder tank supplies transverse washing water. Under the work of vibration wave, mineral particles do longitudinal and transverse movement. The minerals are separated according to different gravity and particle size, and flowing down to different directions. Finally, the minerals discharge from fine ore end or tailings end, thus they are separated into fine ore, medium ore and tailings.
Shaking concentrator bed reciprocating motion is achieved by crank connecting rod drive motor. Motor makes large belt round led crankshaft rotating shakes rod through belt transmission, and rod moves up and down with belt round. When shaking rod moves down, elbow plate will push rear axle and reciprocating Rod moving backward. At this point the bed stand also does backward movement. When shaking rod moves up, bed stand will move forward due to access force of spring.
