The detection and solutions for the bulge of the cement mill:
We should pay attention to the following several aspects which are the harbingers for the bulge of the cement mill. First, we should check if the feed port spits material. Second, we should listen to the sound of the cement mill. If the cement mill bulges, the sound will become smaller and more muffled. Third, we should check the current control cabinet of the cement mill. If the cement mill bulges, the current value will become smaller. However, many operators and engineers take the opposite view. They think that the bulge of the cement mill is caused by the large mount of ore in the mill and the current value will become larger. This view is wrong. Now we will analysize the principle for you. The bulge of the cement mill is caused by the large mount of ore in the mill. When there is large amount of ore, the steel ball and the ore are running with the cylinder of the mill. The granularity of the ore at the ore discharging mouth becomes coarse. At this time, the mill does less work when the electrical energy turns into kinetic energy and the electrical energy becomes smaller correspondingly.
